Hi, I am maleeha , i am a certified Dietitian i have been working at a couple of hospitals . Ever since graduation I have been consulting with people for all sorts of weight management issues. Many people come to me after struggling a lot with their weight, having tried out everything they have heard of from websites or books. Unfortunately, their information is into bits and pieces and it doesn’t give them any benefit.
My Nutrition psychology about dieting is that a person should consume all the food groups in balance. Every where we look , the universe is balanced . Life and Death , Yin and Yang .This whole universe is working in a balance when this balance is disturbed that’s where the whole problem starts . A person consuming only one food group and ignoring the others is not a healthy approach to diet .The acceptable macro-nutrient distribution ranges are 45–65% of your daily calories from carbs, 20–35% from fats and 10–35% from protein.
Our general public is uneducated about nutrition. Cardiac patients accumulating cholesterol just due to general lack of knowledge. Sports people not being able to give their maximum due to lack of guidance ,women not taking care of their nutritional status prior to conception of their child that’s what leads to developmental disorders in fetus And generally our desi food enriched society falling to diseases and general health problems which can easily avoided with a nutritious diet. So , what I aim to do to is create a wave of awareness among people. To care for themselves to enhance their quality of life.To give them more moments on their feet than on beds.
To reach this purpose I work with each customer to give them a personalized diet plan that will ensure they follow the program for the long run. In dieting and weight management, it’s important to stay disciplined and motivated for a period of a few months. Just dieting for 1-2 days won’t do and that’s where all the fad diets go wrong.

A healthy diet is about getting all the different nutrition the body needs, while consuming a variety of foods. And all this while limiting calories based on the weight and gender of the person. I provide regular follow-ups where I modify the diet constituents so that boredom does not set in
