As a Registered Dietitian and nutritional counselor i help people to set achievable health goals and teaches various ways of maintaining their health goals throughout their lifetime. Nutrition counseling is an ongoing process in which I work with an individual to assess his or her usual dietary intake and identify areas where change is needed. I provides DIET PLAN information, educational materials, support and follow-up care to help the individual make and maintain the needed dietary changes.
Hi, I am maleeha , i am a certified Dietitian i have been working at a couple of hospitals . Ever since graduation I have been consulting with people for all sorts of nutritional issues. Many people come to me after struggling a lot with their weight, having tried out everything they have heard of from websites or books. Unfortunately, their information is into bits and pieces and it doesn’t give them any benefit.
I aim to do to is create a wave of awareness among people. To care for themselves to enhance their quality of life.To give them more moments on their feet than on beds.To reach this purpose I work with each customer to give them a personalized diet plan that will ensure they follow the program for the long run. well because u know Life is terrific when its DIETerrfic!
I provide personalized diet plan according to patient personal nutritional needs. It has become apparent that consumers respond differently to diet depending on their genetic makeup, lifestyle and environment, the related knowledge and understanding remain fragmented.
My aim is to provide proper nutritional guidelines to every age group starting from infant ,toddlers, preschoolers , schoolers , teenagers, women, men and older people .
